Connects with other departments clubs and organizations across campus to increase visibility of diversity equity inclusion and belonging initiatives. Works with other OIA team members to develop promotional materials (flyers social media posts etc.) that highlight office programming and engagement opportunities.DEPARTMENT: Office of Intercultural Affairs (OIA)

RATE OF PAY: $9.70/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the promotion of OIA programs events and initiatives through social media flyers and other marketing materials.
Build relationships with campus departments student organizations and community partners to increase awareness of OIA events.
Represent OIA at campus events and outreach opportunities.
Capture photos videos and other content that showcase student engagement and office programming.
Qualifications for the Position:
Ability to work collaboratively with students faculty staff and community partners.
Interest in diversity equity inclusion belonging and intercultural learning.
Ability to facilitate or participate in respectful dialogue across differences.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
Willingness to learn accept feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
