Works with professional staff to develop learning outcomes for programs and assess their effectiveness for participants. Collects and tracks data related to OIA programming including attendance engagement trends and program types to help evaluate impact and inform future initiatives.DEPARTMENT: Office of Intercultural Affairs (OIA)

RATE OF PAY: $9.70/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and assessment of learning outcomes for OIA programs and events.
Collect organize and analyze participation and engagement data.
Maintain records of attendance program types and other assessment metrics.
Support the development of reports and presentations that communicate program impact.
Provide recommendations for improving programs based on assessment findings.
Qualifications for this Position:
Ability to work collaboratively with students faculty staff and community partners.
Interest in diversity equity inclusion belonging and intercultural learning.
Ability to facilitate or participate in respectful dialogue across differences.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
Willingness to learn accept feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
