Creates dialogue-based and educational programming for members of the campus community both through student organizations and individual engagement opportunities. Facilitates conversations that encourage cultural learning self-reflection and community building.

WORK AVAILABLE: DAYS X NIGHTS X WEEKENDS X
RATE OF PAY: $9.70/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and facilitating dialogue-based educational and cultural programs.

  • Help create welcoming spaces for students to engage in conversations about identity culture and belonging.

  • Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners on program development and implementation.

  • Support event logistics participant engagement and program evaluation.

Qualifications for the Position:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with students faculty staff and community partners.

  • Interest in diversity equity inclusion belonging and intercultural learning.

  • Ability to facilitate or participate in respectful dialogue across differences.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Willingness to learn accept feedback and contribute to a collaborative teamenvironment.
