This position is On-Site in Nashville offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Description:The Missing Persons Intelligence Analyst will provide analytical support to law enforcement and investigative teams working missing persons cases. The analyst will be responsible for gathering synthesizing and interpreting data from a wide variety of sources to assist in locating missing individuals and identifying patterns or trends related to missing persons incidents. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Collect review and analyze data from law enforcement databases public records social media platforms and other open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools to support active missing persons and maintain detailed case files analytical reports and intelligence products to assist investigators and law enforcement patterns trends and associations across multiple missing persons cases to support investigative leads and resource with federal state and local law enforcement agencies as well as non-governmental organizations to share intelligence and coordinate investigative geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping tools to analyze location-based data relevant to missing persons and analyze tips leads and incoming case information ensuring timely dissemination to appropriate clear and concise written and verbal briefings summaries and analytical products for law enforcement personnel and agency the development and maintenance of databases and tracking systems related to missing persons in identifying connections between missing persons cases and potential criminal activity including human trafficking exploitation or other strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws regulations and agency policies regarding sensitive case in case review meetings task force operations and interagency coordination efforts as current on emerging analytical methodologies tools and best practices in the missing persons and law enforcement intelligence and Experience:Required:Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Intelligence Studies Forensic Science Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.3 years of experience in intelligence analysis law enforcement support investigative research or a closely related working with law enforcement databases such as NCIC NIBRS or similar experience producing written analytical products reports or intelligence Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources into actionable in open-source intelligence (OSINT) research methods and with law enforcement records management systems and national missing persons written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and with geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping software for location-based to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced high-stakes attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analytical work to work collaboratively within interagency and cross-functional team ability to handle sensitive confidential and emotionally difficult case material with professionalism and to obtain and maintain a required security or public trust Skills and Competencies:Experience working within a federal state or local law enforcement intelligence with human trafficking indicators victim identification methodologies and related investigative with data visualization tools such as Palantir i2 Analysts Notebook or similar of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) resources and reporting Law Enforcement Analyst (CLEA) or similar professional intelligence supporting task force operations or multi-agency investigative with social media monitoring and digital forensics as they relate to missing persons knowledge of trauma-informed approaches when interfacing with families of missing Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
