Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect with talented Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with leading law firms throughout Ohio.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in representing clients in sophisticated patent trademark copyright trade secret and other intellectual property disputes.

2 years of intellectual property litigation or complex commercial litigation experience

Experience handling patent trademark copyright trade secret or unfair competition disputes preferred

Experience with pleadings discovery depositions motion practice and trial preparation

Experience litigating matters in federal court preferred

Technical background in engineering computer science chemistry biology or a related field is a plus

Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated intellectual property litigation practices

Exposure to complex and high-stakes disputes

Significant client interaction and responsibility
