The Integration Analyst supports the implementation and ongoing integration of DASHs U.S. Equities and Options trading products with clients and external vendors. This client-facing role is responsible for coordinating and executing FIX certification and integration testing troubleshooting technical issues supporting UAT environments and helping ensure successful connectivity and order routing through DASHs platforms.
The Integration Analyst works closely with clients as well as DASHs Sales Trading Operations and Network Operations teams to support integrations from testing through implementation. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of DASHs products U.S. Equities and Options markets and FIX-based trading workflows.
- Design and execute FIX certification and integration testing with clients and vendors for U.S. Equities and Options trading products.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Trading Operations and Network Operations teams to support client integration and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot FIX-related issues and provide technical guidance and client support.
- Create and maintain Confluence documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational processes.
- Configure and maintain UAT environments to support internal and client testing activities through FIX APIs.
- Basic knowledge of FIX 4.2 protocol and FIX order routing.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Equities and Options markets.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent workload effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
