Are you passionate about building an extraordinary customer experiencennWe are seeking a proactive resourceful and detail-oriented Program Manager and Analyst to join the AppleCare Project Portfolio Management (PPM) this role you will be a vital contributor to our capital planning cycles and operational governance across Integrated Technology Planning (ITP) and organizational reporting.

You will guide business tracks through the capital planning lifecycle coordinating project idea intake evaluating submittals and facilitating weekly planning forums. Alongside planning delivery you will steward foundational governance programs including tracking contractor purchase orders managing cost-savings and innovation initiatives leading post-project lessons-learned reviews and coordinating the annual Enfold compliance audit. Throughout these efforts you will partner closely with product owners on testing and user validation for Stratosphere our internal portfolio management platform. Additionally you will stay abreast of emerging technologies and modern tools actively identifying opportunities to integrate them into daily workflows to drive continuous improvement automation and operational efficiency for the PPM team and our this role you will act as a central hub of consistency accountability and operational excellence within the AppleCare PPM team. Your core focus areas include:

Integrated Technology Planning (ITP) Program ManagementnCapital Planning Communication: Disseminate capital planning guidance schedules intake expectations and requirements across business track teams and project Intake u0026 Submittal Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for project idea submissions ensuring submissions clearly articulate the business problem proposed solution and strategic Entry u0026 Review: Review and validate submitted project concepts for completeness data consistency and readiness ahead of portfolio review Facilitation: Lead weekly ITP track meetings driving agenda topics capturing decisions and following up on action items to keep planning cycles on Testing Support: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles for Stratosphere enhancements and ITP workflow Reporting u0026 GovernancenContractor PO Tracking: Actively track monitor and reconcile contractor purchase orders headcount allocations and vendor Savings u0026 Innovation Program: Oversee and track organizational cost-savings initiatives efficiency gains and process improvements across participating Annual Audit: Coordinate and facilitate the annual Enfold audit process ensuring documentation system records and compliance requirements are accurately Learned Program: Manage the intake synthesis and ongoing framework for post-project lessons learned transforming operational insights into actionable best Validation: Support data integrity verification and testing for Stratosphere governance features and reporting modules.

Project u0026 Program Management: 35 years of experience in project/program management PMO operations or business process re-engineering (BPR) ideally supporting technology or business operations u0026 Intake Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional planning cadences guide business track stakeholders through idea entry and evaluation and shepherd proposals through multi-stage approval u0026 Operational Controls: Hands-on experience establishing or managing governance processes compliance audits or continuous improvement u0026 Vendor Tracking: Proven track record of tracking and reconciling contractor purchase orders (POs) and spend against u0026 Data Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis; practical experience testing validating or driving user adoption of enterprise portfolio u0026 Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex operational updates facilitate productive meetings and influence cross-functional partners across different global regions and time to Detail: High standard of data integrity structured organization and the ability to maintain momentum across concurrent work streams in a fast-paced degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Experience with annual capital planning or resource allocation to clearly describe complex processes through written navigating ambiguity and balancing operational governance with agile for exploring emerging technologies and productivity tools to automate and optimize team workflows.
