This personis responsible forshaping and implementing complex communications plans that strengthen employee engagement and support organizational goals. They will strive to positively influence the employee experience by collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop communications strategies designed to drive business priorities target and engage distinct audience segments uphold the DPR enterprise culture and core values promote a consistent employee experience and align with our external brand voice.
As a member of DPRs global Communications Brand team the Senior Employee Communications Specialist will work closely with a peer group of Communications Brand professionals who partner with teams across the company to enhance employee experience by ensuring timely accurate and inclusive messaging across multiple channels and further foster DPRs culture.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic counsel to leaders and internal teamsseekingto communicate effectively with employees.
Create comprehensive communication plans for integrated entities initiatives and organizational changes effectively prioritizing and managing expectations across multiple complex projects and priorities.
Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging for various employee audiences.
Developand implementcontent strategythat supports the employee communications planutilizinga variety ofmedia(email videoprintedcollateral etc.) andsharedacrossmultiplechannels (newsletters intranetvarious Microsoftemployee engagementplatformssuch asVivaandTeamsdigital signageface-to-face meetings etc.).
Serve as editor in chief of integrated employee newsletters (working with teams to source contentcopywrite etc.) responsible for review and editing andact as an Integrated EntitiesHubSpot power-user.
Ensure consistency and inclusivity in all messagingadaptingcontent for accessibility culturalrelevanceand adherence to brand standards.
Regularly liaise and story minewith regional leaderssubject matter experts project teamsand the Marketing&Salesteamtoidentifycontent that supportsemployeeand/or externalcommunicationsefforts.
Maintain inputs toDPRsglobaleditorial calendarvia with Employee Communications/global Communications Brand Team peers toensurewereeffectivelymanagingvolume/timelinessof information being shared with employees.
Establish and implementaconsistentprocess forsharingand monitoring engagementofinformationfrom companywide leadersequitablyacrossthe Integrated Entitiestoreachfront-lineemployees.
Analyze feedback and engagement data to refine communication strategies and measure success.
Optimizeinternalchannelsto reach varied geographic and demographic audiences.
Explore innovative approaches totargetandconnect withhard-to-reachaudiences.
Serve as an internal communications consultantsharinginsightsandexpertiseacross DPRwheneverappropriate.
Relevant Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing a related field or equivalent experience.
7years of experience in internal communications corporatecommunications marketing and/or recruitment marketing or related field.
Experience in managing executives projects and stakeholders or a related field is.
Experience in content writingpublishing (including but not limited to newsletters presentations marketing materials blogs and social media articles) or a related field.
Experience in employee communications platforms social media platforms digital tools or a related field.
Experience and/or interestincreatingshortvideos as well asoverseeinganetwork of professionals who can support this (e.g.production freelancers location experts etc.).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage a high volume of activity.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectationsand resources such as third-party vendors and in-house team members to support multiple complex projects and priorities.
Experience with and aptitude foremployee communicationsplatforms and digital tools.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Availability to travel as needed.
