Job Description
Intake Support Representative has a wide range of responsibilities related to timely processing of the referral. The purpose of the position is to insure that all information in the referral packet is accurate before the first visit is made and to facilitate the data entry process of referral information.

- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people within and outside of the agency.

- Ability to work independently problem-solve and follow-through with solutions.
Requirements
- 1 year full-time experience in a medical office REQUIRED.
- Home Health Scheduling experience highly preferred
- 1 year full time Data Entry experience required
- High school diploma required
- Working knowledge of health insurance coverage requirements required
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- General computer skills required
- Active/Current Driver License required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
