Downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant paralegal or case manager performing the following tasks:
Preferences:
Knowledge of Filevine Law Software
- Conducting intakes
- Confirming coverage
- Creating matters and electronic files
- Coordinating medical treatment
- Case management
- One (1) year handling personal injury matters
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
