Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

• Answer and follow up on incoming inquiries from prospective patients
• Qualify leads and determine service eligibility
• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates

Patient Intake & Support

• Guide patients through the intake process with professionalism and care
• Collect and verify patient information and documentation
• Provide clear explanations of services processes and next steps

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Prior experience in intake sales or customer service in a healthcare setting
