AAA Insurance Oharriz Insurance Agency is growing and were looking for a motivated sales-driven Licensed Insurance Agent who wants more than just a job.
This is an opportunity to represent the AAA brand build a book of business develop long-term customer relationships and increase your income through production and performance.

What Youll Do:
- Connect with prospects and existing AAA members to identify insurance needs.
- Quote and sell Auto Home Life Umbrella Flood and other available products.
- Maximize opportunities by identifying appropriate bundling and cross-selling solutions.
- Work agency leads referrals renewals and follow-up opportunities.
- Prospect for new business and build referral relationships.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
- Ask for the sale and guide customers from quote through policy activation.
- Build lasting client relationships that generate retention and referrals.
What Were Looking For:
- Active Florida 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 General Lines (P&C) license required.
- Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals.
- Comfortable prospecting following up and asking for the business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
- Positive professional coachable and team-oriented.
- Insurance sales experience preferred.
- A strong desire to learn improve and increase your earning potential.
