• Flexibility to work nights and Saturdays when the dealership is the busiest
• Meet and exceed established goals
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
• Selling quoting and writing P&C policies
• Cross-selling other Allstate products to existing customers
• Following up with existing and potential customers
• Reviewing coverageselections with customers as they may want to adjust their choices over time
• Ensuring that all policies are processed in accordance with Allstates procedures and documents are retained as directed by Allstate
• Understand the product offering available through Allstate as well as relevant risk management policies and rules
• Assigning and carrying out production objectives within the insuranceteam
• Building and maintaining relationships with dealership employees and customers
• Maintaining a professional image through the proper appearance and actions

• Experienced in challenging sales environment
• Open to flexible work schedule
• Allstate experience a real plus
• Organize and able to prioritize issues
• Results-oriented with an ability to overcome opposition to accomplish goals
• Strong people skills with an outgoing personality
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Prior sales experience
• P&C license required before official start date
