Insurance Operations Coordinator- Entertainment Practice

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as an Insurance Operations Coordinator for our Entertainment Practice. This is a hybrid role that requires three days in one of our Marsh offices located in Atlanta New York Los Angeles Miami or Tampa.

We will Count on you to:
Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information including follow-up for quality assurance maintenance and reports
Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
Provide support to team and comply with procedures
Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
What you need to have:
Associate College Degree
Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative support or customer service background preferably in commercial lines insurance
Obtain Property & Casualty brokers license within 1 year
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g. Mdoc & MART)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
Deep attention to details required
Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
