Experience handling discovery depositions motion practice hearings mediations and trial preparation

Experience with premises liability construction defect transportation professional liability product liability personal injury or other insurance-related litigation matters preferred

Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills

Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working directly with clients

Experience appearing in state and federal courts preferred

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted

Compensation ranging from $140000$325000
