We are looking for an individual with strong customer service and communication skills who is eager to learn the business obtain their Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license and grow into a larger role within the agency.

• Provide excellent customer service via phone email and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy changes billing questions renewals claims support and general insurance inquiries
• Support the agency with quotes data entry and policy processing
• Learn insurance products coverages and carrier systems
• Maintain accurate records in agency management systems and CRM platforms
• Collaborate with agency staff to create a seamless client experience
• Identify opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs
• Work toward obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license (if not already licensed)

• Customer service sales support or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
