A healthcare support organization is seeking an Insurance Advocate to help secure insurance approvals so patients can receive necessary medical care. This role involves working directly with hospitals and insurance carriers to push cases forward and ensure timely authorizations.

The ideal candidate is highly persistent proactive and assertive. They are strong communicators who can build relationships quickly follow up consistently and manage multiple cases at once without losing attention to detail or urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with hospitals and insurance carriers to secure approvals and authorizations
• Follow up consistently on pending cases to ensure timely processing
• Communicate clearly with providers and insurance representatives
• Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare and insurance contacts
• Push cases forward proactively and resolve issues or delays
• Ensure all documentation and case information is accurate and organized

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong persistence and ability to handle rejection professionally
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Experience working with hospitals insurance carriers or healthcare administration preferred
