What Youll Do
As an Insurance Account Manager youll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Assist clients with policy reviews renewals coverage changes and claims support
- Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value
- Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Help create an experience that drives loyalty referrals and long-term relationships
Were looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions.
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
- Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
- Possess a strong understanding of insurance products coverages rating procedures underwriting guidelines and industry operations
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with confidence and professionalism
- Can analyze client needs present coverage options and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection
- Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact urgency and sound judgment
- Are highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
- Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
