Key Responsibilities

Account Management

Client & Carrier Coordination

• Identify and assess clients insurance needs recommending appropriate coverage options
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and rates
• Resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products

Qualifications
