The Management Department in the Gordon Ford College of Business seeks applications for a nine-month full-time Instructor of Management beginning in Spring 2027. The anticipated start date is January 1st 2027. Consistent with the departments Learning by Doing philosophy faculty integrate experiential learning employer engagement and career readiness initiatives into their courses. Our curriculum emphasizes applied projects professional skill development and preparation for business careers. The department values evidence-based decision-making and encourages the integration of data-driven analysis into coursework where appropriate. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be expected to: Teach twelve to fifteen credit hours (four to five courses) each semester during the regular academic year. Courses may include Organization and Management Organizational Behavior Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management. This is an in-person position based on the Bowling Green campus although some courses may be delivered online or at one of WKUs regional campuses. Assist in the development and execution of departmental programming both on campus and within the community. Additional responsibilities may include service contributions to the department college university industry and professional organizations. Requirements:
