Who You Are & What Youll Do
The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will design develop deliver and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements. This role involves managing a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (2530 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle financial management and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult education with classroom facilitation skills to deliver practical role-based and performance-oriented training in particular with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction.What You Bring to the Table - Requirements
- Security Clearance: Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
- Education:Bachelors degree in education adult education curriculum and instruction or related degree (A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred).In lieu of a bachelors degree at least ten (10) years of work experience as described below.
- Experience - Methodological Knowledge:At least five (5) years ofworkexperience with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction;blended learning; workshops; simulations; case studies; and microlearning events
- Instructional Track Record: Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
- Advanced Software Proficiency: Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites specifically:
- Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Access
- Microsoft Visio (process mapping)
- Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking)
- Delivery Platforms: Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams Webex and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range:$80000 $105000 annually.
- Salary Disclaimer:Actual compensation is determined by various factors including but not limited to the candidates unique combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies applied experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
