In this role youll partner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to design impactful training programs e-learning courses and educational resources for clinical operational and corporate teams. If youre passionate about adult learning instructional design and creating training that drives real results wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do
Design Impactful Learning Experiences
  • Apply the ADDIE instructional design model to develop engaging and effective learning solutions.
  • Design interactive e-learning courses using tools such as Canva Google NotebookLM Articulate 360 H5P and Moodle LMS.
  • Create instructor-led training materials job aids SOPs videos guides and blended learning content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects from concept through implementation.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses.
  • Maintain project timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with Training Operations HR and clinical leaders to identify learning needs.
  • Align training objectives with business priorities and learner needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.
  • Stay current on instructional design best practices learning technologies and emerging trends.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Adult Learning Education Learning Technologies or a related field.
  • Experience designing e-learning and instructor-led training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication organization analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Moodle LMS.
  • Experience using Articulate 360 Canva H5P Google NotebookLM or similar instructional design tools.
  • Healthcare and/or higher education experience.
  • Experience developing multimedia learning content and instructional videos.
