Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop andmaintaininstructional training materials (both Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum facilitator guides participant guides job aids and other contentutilizingestablished and effective instructional systems design (ISD)methodology. This position will focus approximately 80% on Instructional Design and 20% on Training.
- Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
- Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Assess needs; analyze necessary outcomes andimplementsappropriate learningand development design solutions.
- Develop andmaintaininstructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum facilitator guides participant guides jobaidsand other content using established and effective ISDmethodology. Provide recommendations on the most effective delivery modality.
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts to gather information needed to develop training content.
- Apply best practices in online instructional design and current theoretical frameworks.
- Keep training contentup-to-datein a timely mannerto ensure employees havemostcurrent information.
- Manage pre-and post-learning activitiescommunicationsand materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of courses updatesprogram andcontinuously improve the quality of training & development programs.
Work Environment:
This joboperatesremotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filingcabinetsand fax machine

Competencies:
- Proficiencyin training facilitation and presentation (in person and virtual).
- Demonstrated knowledge of key learning design concepts such as outcomes-based curriculum development and competency-based programs.
- Proficiencywith course development using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Canva 7Tapsand other multimedia programs.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Word PowerPointAdobeand Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- Bachelors degree in Adult Learning Instructional System Design or related fields is preferred but not required.
- At least three years experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.
