Job Title: Instructional Designer Change Management & Training Development r - Hybrid

Job Description:

As an Instructional Designer Change Management & Training Development you will focus on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials that help employees successfully adopt new processes tools or ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs
• Design and develop training assets such as:

• Instructor led materials
• Self-paced learning content
• Job aids quick reference guides and process walkthroughs

• Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones
• Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors
• Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback
• Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as needed

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• 2 4 years of experience in training development instructional design or learning support roles
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience creating structured training content and job aids
• Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience with e learning tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) or LMS platforms
  • Exposure to technology process or operating model changes

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
