Instructional Designer

We believe learning should feel as good as hair restoration. Were looking for a creative detail-obsessed Instructional Designer to join our team. You will create learning experiences from onboarding new employees to upskilling managers across our locations. Youll own the full design process with your work reaching hundreds of professionals nationwide.

What Youll Do

• Design learning programs for frontline staff and corporate teams
• Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to build interactive experiences
• Partner with subject matter experts to capture expertise and turn it into clear engaging content
• Manage our learning management system for a high-quality branded platform
• Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning theories
• Measure learning effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and data

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in instructional design or L&D
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with at least one authoring tool
• Strong writing skills you can make learning about inventory sound fascinating
• An eye for visual storytelling
• Experience with LMS platforms
• A portfolio showing real learning outcomes
