Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses
Design and develop 508-compliant instructional materials
Create eLearning microlearning webinars videos and instructor-led training
Develop SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
Develop assessments analyze learner performance and improve training effectiveness
Track project milestones timelines and deliverables
Maintain and update curriculum aligned with organizational goals and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years of Instructional Design / Training & Development experience
Strong expertise with ADDIE SAM adult learning principles and Kirkpatrick assessments
Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant course development
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of 508 accessibility compliance
Experience creating storyboards job aids video scripts course outlines and interactive learning content
Experience supporting large-scale ERP/Workday implementations is highly preferred

Preferred:

Workday LMS experience
Multimedia and gamification experience
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design Education or related field
