Instructional Classroom Aide

We are seeking a compassionate reliable and dedicatedClassroom Aideto join our team. This role supports classroom teachersand staff in providing individualized instruction and assistance to students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate has a heart for working with children patience in challenging situations and the ability to adapt to meet student needs.

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional and behavioral plans for students with special needs.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.

• Help with classroom organization materials preparation and supervision of students.

• Support students with personal care needs when necessary.

• Maintain a safe positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Document and report student progress or concerns to supervising teachers.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Previous experience working with children preferably in an educational or special needs setting (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow teacher direction and school policies.

• Patience empathy and a positive attitude.

• Full-Time; 40 hours per week.

• Work schedule will follow the school calendar.
