Instructional Assistants for 75 Hour Districtwide Title 1 School Academic Program (In Person Program)

Qualifications:

• Must have sixty (60) college credits.
• Must be currently employed by Paterson Public Schools.
• Must be able to work the entire length and all components of the program.
• Experience working with General English (EL) and Special Education Elementary and Middle School Students.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with students staff parents and community during the duration of the program.
• Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and good moral character
• Must be a critical thinker problem solver and respect others.
• Must complete all tasks assigned for a successful program.
