Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with bilingual/bicultural students preferred
• Experience working with the applicable age group preferred
• Computer and current technology knowledge required
• Must have Act 33 and 34 clearances and federal criminal history background check (available throughCCIU upon hire)
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and implementation of supplemental educational programs
• Assist with regular communication with participating students parents teachers guidance counselorsand administrators as necessary
• Assist with facilitation of the involvement of parents in the education of their children and in the dissemination of information usingtranslation/interpretation services as needed
• Assist with the planning and implementation of parent involvement activities within the 21st Century Community Learning Center program

• Starkweather Elementary
• Glen Acres Elementary
• Fern Hill Elementary
• Hillsdale Elementary

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
3:30pm - 6:00pm (Glen Acres 3:00pm - 5:30pm)
No program on Fridays

Hourly Rate (2026-2027 School Year):

The IA pay scale is broken down below for you toreference.

• 0 - 9yrs experience $19.38
• 10- 13yrs experience $21.29
• 14- 17yrs experience $23.19
• 18- 25yrs experience $25.11
• *Bachelors degree isequivalent to 9 yrs experience on the scale $19.38
• *Masters degree isequivalent to 15 yrsexperience on the scale $23.19
