SUMMARY

Provide clerical and other support to assigned program areas. Substitute in the classroom as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Completion of a Career Tech Business Office program or equivalent; experience in an educational setting.
  • Preferred: One-year experience and/or education in a business office or clerical support role.

  • Utilize computer-based programs to requisition materials supplies and equipment for program areas.
  • Assist instructors in grading assignments and tests.
  • Assist instructors in maintaining student records and files.
  • Transport students by school vehicles as needed.
  • Pick up materials supplies and equipment for program areas as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all assigned program areas.
  • Work cooperatively with faculty staff administration and students.
  • Participate in all staff development activities as requested.
  • Attend all faculty and staff meetings as requested.
  • Maintain professionalism in self and work product at all times.
