Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking Instructional Aides to provide classroom support services in a school-based setting located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will assist teachers with instructional activities student supervision classroom organization and general academic support to help maintain a productive learning environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or college coursework preferred
Appropriate Pennsylvania school-based credential permit or qualifications
Compliance with applicable Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements
Prior experience supporting students in a classroom setting preferred
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom instruction student activities and daily routines.
Provide individual or small-group support under the direction of instructional staff.
Help prepare classroom materials organize supplies and support lesson implementation.
Monitor students during classroom activities transitions and assigned supervision periods.
Reinforce teacher instructions and help students remain focused and engaged.
Support a safe respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
Report student needs concerns or incidents to the teacher or designated administrator.
Follow school policies procedures and code of conduct.
Any other duties as assigned.
