JOB DESCRIPTION:

Everything we do is centered on providing aworldclasshomeowner experience through the process of installingRbAswindows and doors

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to locate identify and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet

• *MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE* This job does require driving company truck to Brainerd and other satellite locations weekly.*

• Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold

• Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange drip caps flat rectangles/coil wrap)

• Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method including drip caps L flange and new construction.

• Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32

• Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property

• Ability to install Fibrex L trim F trim and Flat trim

• Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging property

• Knowledge of service parts procedures and product operations

• Audit all truck stock tools products without supervision

• Address installation concerns with FieldTechsorInstallationManager

• Maintains company vehicle in accordance with FleetPolicy

• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality

• Assist in delivering homeowner delight

• Other duties as assigned

• General warehouse support

• Provide technical measure functions when needed

• Provide service support as needed

• Providesdirectionsto InstallerLevelI

Qualifications:

• High School Diplomaor equivalent experience

• Window and Door installation experience

• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows window coverings and hardware

• Generalunderstanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments

• Safety knowledge of all equipment

• Properusageand understanding of PPE

• Valid Drivers Licensewith ability to pass a fleet check*MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE* This job does require driving company truck to Brainerd and other satellite locations weekly.*

Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality

• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathyskills

• Basic math skills reading and legible writing

• Proficient and safe with power tools miter box hand and air tools and ladder safety

• Flexibility;willingness to work variable work schedules

• Ability to provide corrective action feedback relating to safety on the job site

• Ability to lift up to83pounds

• Consistently provides flawless first-time window and door installation

• CORO Safety and Compliance required training

• FirstAid/CPR Every 2 years

• OSHA 10-hr Construction Safety Every 2 years

• Ad hoc trainings as assigned

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
