As a Construction Installer you will install a variety of products for manufactured homes including doors windows roofing systems siding skirting decking steps and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install doors windows roofing systems vinyl siding skirting decking steps and HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete all installations accurately efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Pre-measure job sites to determine material needs and ensure proper preparation
• Load verify and manage materials and equipment for each job; return unused inventory
• Complete and submit all required job paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate with office staff/dispatch after each job to report status and any delays
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs daily
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
• Use test instruments and accurately interpret readings when required
• Provide professional respectful customer service at all times
• Report any job-site issues or concerns promptly to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (trade school preferred)
• At least 6 months of related construction construction carpentry remodeling HVAC maintenance or related trade experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Experience reading measurements and following installation specifications
• Working knowledge of general construction standards (HUD RCS FHA codes preferred
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable professional and safety-focused
• Ability to lift carry climb bend kneel and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record preferred
