Location: CoCreate - Stamford CT (On-site)The Installation Training Manager - Monogram is responsible for leading the strategy design development and continuous improvement of Monogram installation training programs that build installer capability across the enterprise. This role owns scalable training solutions certification standards field readiness resources and continuous improvement processes that support safe consistent and high-quality installation execution for Monogram luxury appliances.
This role requires independent program ownership technical installation expertise strong training development capability and cross-functional collaboration. The manager partners with Product Engineering Service Installation Support Sales and field teams to translate product requirements field insights installer feedback and service trends into actionable training programs that improve installer readiness support New Product Introduction readiness reduce installation risk and strengthen the overall
Installation Training Program Ownership & Development (50%)
Lead the strategy development coordination and continuous improvement of Monogram installation training programs to strengthen installer capability field readiness safety and consistent installation quality across the enterprise.
Own the installation training program roadmap curriculum structure certification framework and continuous improvement strategy for Monogram installer capability.
Lead the development of scalable training programs for third-party installers key customer installer teams internal stakeholders field support teams and strategic partners.
Design maintain and improve digital classroom hands-on and paper-based training materials that reflect current installation standards product requirements safety expectations serviceability considerations and customer experience objectives.
Translate field performance data installer feedback customer input service trends and Installation Support insights into targeted training improvements and capability-building solutions.
Identify installer capability gaps and develop training solutions that improve installer readiness reduce field execution risk and support consistent installation quality.
Establish and manage certification and recertification standards that validate installer capability reinforce safe installation practices and align with Monogram installation expectations.
Define and monitor key program metrics including installer readiness certification completion training effectiveness safety compliance field quality trends and business impact.
Continuously evaluate and improve training content learning tools delivery models hands-on exercises and certification processes based on performance data product changes field feedback and stakeholder input.
Create structured feedback loops between training Installation Support Product Engineering Service Sales field leadership and business stakeholders to support continuous improvement and enterprise installer capability development.
Training Delivery Oversight & Center Readiness
Guide the effective delivery of classroom hands-on and live field training by ensuring training materials facilitators environments tools and standards are aligned to program objectives.
Facilitate training sessions as needed for third-party installers key customer installer teams internal stakeholders and strategic partners with emphasis on technical accuracy safety and real-world installation applications.
Ensure training programs reinforce safety standards ergonomic best practices proper appliance handling product protection and risk reduction for installers customers and the business.
Cross-Functional Partnership & NPI Readiness
Partner with Product Engineering Service Installation Support Sales and field leadership to ensure training programs align with business priorities product requirements field challenges installation standards and New Product Introduction readiness.
Support New Product Introduction initiatives by defining installation training needs developing launch readiness materials and ensuring new product installation requirements are embedded into training programs.
Provide installation training expertise and field-based feedback to support product readiness serviceability installation process improvements and installer support strategies.
Share recommendations with the Sr. National Installation Manager and cross-functional leaders regarding training priorities capability gaps NPI readiness field quality trends and opportunities to improve installation execution across the Monogram installer network.
Oversee training program documentation participation records certification status completion tracking and reporting to support compliance visibility and leadership decision-making.
Manage training event planning vendor coordination participant communications scheduling resource readiness and training center preparation to ensure programs are executed professionally and in alignment with company policies and budget guidelines.

Installation Support & Continuous Improvement (30%)
Provide installation subject matter expertise to support Monogram installation channels and identify opportunities to improve documentation training resources and field execution.
Support installation-related inquiries from dealers consumers designers field appliance servicers factory service technicians sales teams and internal business partners through established support channels.
Use available technical resources product documentation installation specifications and established procedures to support accurate and consistent resolution of installation questions.
Identify recurring installation questions field challenges support trends and process gaps; translate insights into training documentation specification and process improvements.
Support updates to installation specifications guides training materials and support resources to improve clarity reduce installation errors and strengthen installer readiness.
Contribute to root cause analysis for installation-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce field risk and improve installation quality.

Requirements:
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.
Process driven and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written
Demonstrates clear thinking and a high focus on customer satisfaction
Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel and web-based applications
Manage and lead installer training courses over a 2-day period.
Facilitate group participation manage time and ensure readiness for practical assessments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum five years of work experience in service or installation
Proven self-starter: takes the initiative to identify and drive change
Understanding of Appliances Manufacturing Installation and Technical Training
Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Must be able to travel up to 45-60% travel domestically; willingness to travel by car or airplane
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with appliance manufacturing Installation and service
Experience and understanding of appliance install process
Experience and understanding of technical training processes and adult learning methodologies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Spanish & English)
Previous experience in training or teaching groups with the ability to manage classroom settings and effectively lead hands-on training sessions.
Working Conditions:
This position is located at the Monogram Installation Center located inside the CoCreate facility in Stamford CT.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Ability to lift 70 pounds to assist with moving appliances and accessories for training.
When approved for occasional remote work in the personal home environment internet access is the responsibility of the Installation Training Specialist with minimum requirements per the below:

< 150 ms latency while connected to VPN
Company provided computer equipment must be hardwired into router via an ethernet cable. (Wi-Fi should not be used as it can negatively impact call performance.)
45-60% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to customer sites/ plants etc.
GE Appliances offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) medical dental and vision healthcare plans as well as paid vacation. The base salary range for this role is $74881.00 - $134827.00 USD Annual. Your actual salary will be determined based on your experience skills and alignment with the roles requirements and addition this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
