HVAC Installer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our small supportive this role youll install residential and light commercial heating cooling ventilation and indoor air quality systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Install furnaces air conditioners heat pumps mini-splits air handlers ductwork and IAQ products.
- Complete full system replacements including equipment removal installation startup testing and cleanup.
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork and transitions as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications local codes and safety standards.
- Perform system startup charging airflow adjustments and operational testing.
- Maintain a clean organized job site and company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain system operation upon completion.
- Document completed work photos and job notes using company software.
- Collaborate with team members and identify opportunities for additional customer solutions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC installation experience.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
- Experience with duct fabrication is preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Work in attics crawlspaces rooftops and other confined or elevated spaces.
- Safely operate power tools HVAC equipment and a company vehicle.

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
