Installation Supervisor Install Indirect

PURPOSESupervises the installation of pre-fabricated components such as windows doors insulation and related products on the customer sites. Responsible for all aspects of Install activities including planning coordinating and assigning work in order to meet or exceed installation scheduling DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSchedules Installs by coordinating with sales commitments/releases and fabrication loads. Ensures economical delivery options are utilized and optimizes materials handling equipment and delivery vehicles. Monitors installation schedule in order to coordinate the delivery of materials sequence of installers and optimize use of equipment and manpower; maintains progress against target records for installation problems on the installation site; writes change orders recommends adjustments to installation schedule discusses and resolves quality of work issues with subcontractors as needed. Maintains check on materials inventories fabrication programs and other factors affecting install assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety duties may be RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises assigned REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
