Job Summary
PURPOSEManages installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages large workforce comprised of employees and sub-contractor job sites before during and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and that project is being completed on installation orders or schedules to ascertain resources necessary to complete project on installation operations establishing priorities and sequences for installed reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with safety procedures are followed in accordance with OSHA worker stores and retrieves production duties as RESPONSIBILITIESManages employees and/or sub-contractors in the Installation function. Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of the work produced at the site. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
