HOME SERVICES INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

Role Purpose

• Provide leadership and oversight of residential installation operations ensuring jobs are completed safely efficiently and profitably.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead coach and develop installation personnel.
• Maintain staffing levels and accountability.
• Ensure safety training and performance standards are met.

Installation Operations

• Oversee installations Install scheduling manpower planning and execution.
• Review job scopes write up job sheets and material requirements correctly and as quickly as possible and provide to allocated personnel.
• Monitor daily installation progress and resource allocation for job completion.

Equipment Materials & Compliance

• Utilize WMS system for Airtron Inventory
• Partner with purchasing to order equipment and materials for installation projects.
• Coordinate staging and job readiness.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Register equipment for manufacturer warranties.

Field Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate installer schedules and strategic routing.
• Assist with payment collection on required jobs.
• Frequent site visits on Installations.
• Provide updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
