Minutemen Staffing is hiring Metal Finishers for Die Service International in Belleville MI. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for permanent placement career growth and advancement. Starting pay is $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect metal surfaces for dents scratches weld lines and other imperfections.
• Use grinding sanding polishing and buffing tools to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Verify parts meet engineering specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Carefully handle and protect finished products for painting plating or shipping.
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures.
