Insomniac produces 10000 concerts club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. Since its inception Insomniacs events have taken place in 13 countries across five continents. The companys premiere annual event Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas is the worlds largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525000 fans over three days. The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.

THE ROLE

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Forklift Operator to support the Henderson warehouse. This position reports into the Director Warehouse. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time and travel to work events. This is a temp position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Load materials into outgoing vehicles
• Pick pull sheets and prepare items for shipment
• Locate and over stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Support inter-departmental requests
• Recruit train and onboard members on the team both directly and partnering teams
• Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed
• Some travel may be required (economy)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and data management tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with interpersonal capabilities to effectively to communicate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently work and travel to work events during holiday evening and weekend hours as required to meet deadlines and work events

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $18.00 USD - $20.00 USD
