Position Title:Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales of our portfolio of natural products through a high-volumetelesales(inside sales)approach to health and wellness accounts nationwide. This role focuses on building andmaintainingrelationships with category buyers department managers and account owners primarily via phone and email. Responsibilities include assessing individual account needs educating account staff on new products and presenting promotional programs tooptimizepositioning and support product sell-through. Success in this role requires strongtelesalescommunication skills including the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits answer questions resolve concerns multitask andmaintainclose attention to detail.

• Makeoutboundsales callsto prospective and established accounts
• Developaccount relationshipswithretail healthfoodaccounts nationwide
• Executestrategicsales initiativestooptimizeaccountrelationships and achieve sales goals through increased distribution and velocity gains
• Work withinthecompany CRM to track account activity& scheduleappointments
• Resolve & overcomecustomer concerns & objections
• Perform exceptional customer service with complete integrity
• Execute promotional initiatives and ensure that timelines areestablishedtoexceedexpectations
• Provide input tothecompanyinnovation team on new product opportunities
