Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Rep. acts as a liaison between customers product distributors manufacturer representatives and various internal company departments to achieve appropriate product selection and pricing timely delivery of products correct billing order entry and closing sales opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities:
Contact customers manufacturer reps and product distributors regarding pricing quality scheduling
and shipping logistics; quotes price secures orders enters orders into CRM arranges delivery dates
and performs other necessary tasks of actual sales transactions on a timely basis.
Research customer or distributor technical questions; determines usage of products for new and
existing customers.
Provide product knowledge training to distributor personnel within specific geographic territory.
Communicate trends changes and developments that occur within distribution network contracting
community and to appropriate managers in the organization.
Cross-train and provide back-up within department to assist with sales in all territories.
Utilize SAP & Salesforce for order entry pricing forecasting customer contact data base project
tracking and sales and marketing efforts.
Analyze and audit transactions corrects records adjusts errors; tracks orders; processes returns
and/or issues credit authorizations following policy guidelines.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years order entry/customer service experience; preferably with a manufacturing
company. International sales background a plus but not required.
Self-motivated highly organized detail oriented superior communication skills and works well with a
team.
Proficient in computer usage and data base management. SAP experience and previous use of CRM
system is strongly desired.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be willing and able to travel (minimal anticipated but more if needs dictate).
