About the Role
Inside Success TV is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs who have already shown interest in our media and brand-building services.
This is a remote sales role focused on consultative conversations follow-up relationship building and closing qualified prospects.
No cold calling is required. You will be working with inbound prospects who have booked a call or requested more information.
This role is a strong fit for someone with sales experience who is confident on the phone or Zoom organized with follow-up and motivated by performance-based earnings.
What Youll Do
- Speak with inbound prospects by Zoom and phone
- Learn about each prospects business goals and challenges
- Explain our media documentary and brand authority packages
- Recommend the right service based on client fit
- Follow up with prospects by SMS email and CRM
- Keep accurate notes and updates after each conversation
- Attend team training and sales alignment sessions
- Follow a structured sales process
What Were Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- Inside sales phone sales remote sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and entrepreneurs
- Confident using Zoom phone SMS and email
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Organized with CRM updates and follow-up
- Reliable remote setup with camera microphone and stable internet
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Compensation
This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential.
Qualified performers can earn $6000$20000 per month depending on performance call volume close rate and consistency.
Additional recurring commission opportunities may be available through long-term client relationships.
