Inside Sales Representative I Position Summary:
Engage with inbound sales inquiries and proactively connect with web-generated leads taking a consultative and empathetic approach to understand the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers. Provide compassionate support by actively listening to concerns related to services billing and account management. Guide prospective customers through available solutions aligning offerings with their individual care needs to improve overall well-being and satisfaction. Build trust through clear communication and personalized recommendations while driving conversion and customer retention.
Inside Sales Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Representative responds to inbound calls emails and web inquiries from prospective customers and caregivers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound outreach to follow up on web-generated leads and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs preferences and care requirements
- Clearly explain service offerings pricing billing structures and account details to customers
- Address questions concerns and objections with empathy patience and professionalism
- Recommend tailored solutions that best meet the individual needs of seniors and their families
- Accurately document customer interactions updates and sales activities in CRM systems
- Inside Sales Representative collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of services
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets conversion rates and performance metrics
- Build lasting relationships with customers to promote satisfaction retention and referrals
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (inside sales healthcare or senior services a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Pay Rate:$20-21 per hour plus commission
