Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representativeto support our sales team and drive revenue growth within the industrial and sanitary markets. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities developing customer relationships and providing technical and product support to clients in industries such as manufacturing construction and ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of industrial products exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming customer inquiries via phone email and online channels in a timely and professional mannerGenerate and process quotes orders and sales transactions accuratelyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersIdentify sales opportunities and proactively upsell or cross-sell products and servicesCollaborate with outside sales representatives to support territory growth and customer satisfactionProvide product information technical guidance and application support to customersTrack and follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into salesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systemsCoordinate with operations purchasing and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and deliveryStay informed on product offerings pricing and industry trendsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)2 years of inside sales customer service or industrial sales experienceStrong communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience in industrial products (e.g. MRO electrical hydraulic pneumatic or mechanical components)Technical aptitude and ability to understand product specificationsExperience with ERP systems and order processingCore CompetenciesCustomer-focused mindsetProblem-solving and critical thinkingAttention to detail and accuracyTeam collaborationResults-driven with a strong work ethicWorking ConditionsPrimarily office-based role with frequent communication via phone and computerStandard business hours with occasional overtime as needed
