Job Summary
Responsibilities:Handle incoming sales calls with the aim of fostering positive customer relationships and generating outside sales representatives and the engineering department with administrative tasks project coordination and customer and deliver accurate quotes for equipment and services to meet customer exceptional customer service resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional with the team to identify and implement strategies for sales growth and customer up-to-date knowledge of companys product lines and services as well as its competitive all sales activities are recorded in the companys operating system maintaining accurate records and willing to assist other departments like shipping and receiving accounts receivable when :Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceExcellent multitasking and organizational skills capable of thriving in a high-paced self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships with customers and team members. Works well with in Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to learn and understand technical product information.A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
