• Speed-to-Lead Outreach: Contact new inbound leads immediately via phone text and email.
• Schedule & Confirm: Qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for our field sales team.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up on past inquiries missed appointments and unsold leads to reactivate interest.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records call outcomes and appointment details in our database.

• Experience: 13 years in inside sales outbound call centers appointment setting or telemarketing.
• Customer Service: 13 years of high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette high energy and strong objection-handling abilities.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software multi-line phone tools and Google Workspace.
• Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt MO.
• Schedule: Full-time (MondayFriday day shift with early evening flexibility).
