Where is the work:

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key contact to customers to provide information on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.
• Contact current and potential customers to generate sales.
• Develop sell and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts.
• Ensure that all paperwork purchase orders rental agreements reports etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements.
• Handle inventory to stocking levels. Ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
• Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with those less experienced as needed.

Qualifications:

• Customer service and inside sales experience preferred. Ability to understand the need solve problems and respond in an efficient manner
• Strong organizational time management communication and multi-tasking skills.
• A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
