Inside Sales Representative

Location: Dallas TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for an established equipment rental company in the Dallas area. This position is responsible for assisting customers with equipment rental needs recommending rental solutions building customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Review equipment rental requests and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.

• Discuss and negotiate rental rates within company pricing guidelines.

• Identify potential new business opportunities and communicate leads to outside sales representatives.

• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate departments.

• Communicate equipment delivery needs accurately to the Logistics Manager or Dispatcher.

• Contact inactive and former customers to generate repeat business.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
