Imperial USA is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Charlotte North Carolina! This is a phone-first hunter-and-farmer role for someone who isnt afraid to pick up the phone all day every day.

What were looking for:
- A driven competitive self-motivated phone hunter who thrives on outbound activity
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to cold call and build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with a high-volume metric-driven sales environment
- Organized coachable and hungry to grow a territory and a career
- Prior experience in Division 8 (doors frames & hardware) or building products distribution is a strong plus and will be reflected in starting compensation
- In-office MondayFriday this is not a remote position
What youll be doing:
- Make 5060 outbound calls per day minimum no exceptions
- Manage and grow relationships with 200 existing distributor accounts across VA PA OH MD DC RI WV NJ ME NH VT and MA
- Prospect and open new distributor accounts throughout the Northeast territory
- Sell our full line of commercial doors frames and hardware to wholesale distributors
- Drive consistent revenue growth through both account penetration and new business development
- Work closely with purchasing customer service and leadership to deliver a great customer experience
